Refund & Replacement Policies
Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
- Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
Note: “OneTap Gadgets” will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or misrouted parcels.
There are certain items where no refunds are granted.
-Book with obvious signs of use.
-CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return to Sender Packages
“OneTap Gadgets” will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender due to incorrect information on the address. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them, however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total so please be careful on the information that you provide.
If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
In the case of a return, customer needs to contact us for return address. “OneTap Gadgets” will not be responsible for packages that are returned to the sender.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.
Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after order cancellation.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In case of a damage or incorrect item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture or a video of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order and we will send you a replacement. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) or video before we issue out a replacement. Customer will also have to return the damage item in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email.
“OneTap Gadgets” reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
How will my refund be distributed?
In the special case of a refund after the first 24 hours of placing your order and with in 48 hours after receiving your item(s) you will be refunded for the merchandise total, minus shipping fee.
Please be aware that the product must be returned in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused.
We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.
If the item(s) still on transit we can not provide any refunds until the item arrives in our possession.
“OneTap Gadgets” reserves the right to determine what we consider a special case in order to qualify for this refund option.
NOTE: We do not cover shipping cost for returns.
